MANSFIELD, PA— Mansfield University is offering the 60 hours of Real Estate Pre-License courses required for individuals to become qualified to test for licensing and become real estate salespersons in Pennsylvania.
The classes will be held on campus, 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning March 13 and ending no later than May 18. Pre-registration is required.
Thomas Saveri, broker/owner of Howard Hanna Realty Pioneers in Wellsboro and Towanda, will be the instructor. Saveri has been licensed for 36 years and has a Pennsylvania and New York Broker’s License. He is past president and a director of the North Central Penn Board of Realtors and had been a national sales trainer and real estate coach for more than nine years.
The Pre-License courses include 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals, covering contracts and deeds, and 30 hours of Real Estate Practice, covering agency activities. Instruction will include sample questions to improve the student’s proficiency in answering typical real estate license exam questions.
The cost for both courses and the required text is $450.
